Shipping Information

I ship all of my Urns via USPS, Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. You may request UPS next day air for an additional fee.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return and Exchange Policy

I do not accept any returns of urns. I will however accept exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size. Exchanges will be for unused urns only. Please make sure you have sized your urn correctly and go one size up if you are not sure. All of my urns are measured to the industry standard.

Exchanges

• Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.

• Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery.

• 5% restocking fee applies for all exchanges.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping insurance is recommended.

 The following items can't be exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom orders

• Personalized orders with a name

Conditions for exchange

***Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original, perfect condition, the buyer is responsible for the full price of the damaged urn. I highly suggest you insure the price of the urn when shipping the return for an exchange.
